1. Competition Overview This competition is organised by Secrets Shhh (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older as of the competition start date. • Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Secrets Shhh are not eligible to participate. • The competition is void where prohibited by law.
3. Competition Period The competition will run from July 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. to August 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (“Competition Period”).
4. How to Enter • Fill out the entry form and, in 25 words or less, tell us why you would love to win the ring. • No purchase is required. • No booking or appointment is required.
5. Prize Details • The winner will receive a lab-grown diamond engagement ring valued up to a maximum of $10,000 AUD. • If the selected ring exceeds the prize value, the winner may choose to pay the difference. • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. Winner Selection and Notification • A random draw will be conducted on September 9, 2025, to select the winner. • The draw will take place at the Secrets Shhh office in Brisbane. • The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at entry by September 10, 2025. • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to redraw a new winner.
7. Publicity and Consent By entering, participants consent to Secrets Shhh using their name, photos, and testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability • Secrets Shhh is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or lost entries, technical disturbances, or any other circumstances beyond our control that may affect entry availability or competition operation. • Except where prohibited by law, Secrets Shhh makes no warranties, express or implied, about the prize and shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the prize.
9. Governing Law This competition is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
10. Privacy Participants’ personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and Termination • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at our sole discretion for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances that may interfere with the competition’s integrity. • Secrets Shhh’s decision is final on eligibility and awarding of the prize.
