Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: Secrets Shhh Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]), Australia. Email: marketing@secrets-shhh.com.au. Website: www.secrets-shhh.com.au.
  2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Secrets Shhh are not eligible to enter. Entrants must have completed all required entry steps and attended a valid in-store or virtual appointment.
  3. Competition Period: The competition opens at 10:00 am AEST on [Launch Date] and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 January 2026.
  4. How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must during the Competition Period:
    • a) Enter via the Win Your Dream Ring page on the Secrets Shhh website,
    • b) Complete the entry form, including all required questions, and
    • c) Book and attend an in-store or virtual appointment with a Secrets Shhh jewellery specialist.
  5. Entries: Each entrant may submit one valid entry. Multiple entries from the same person, household, or email address will be disqualified. A minimum of 100 valid entries must be received for the competition to proceed. A maximum of 3,000 total entries will be accepted.
  6. Game of Skill: This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, and sincerity.
  7. Prize: One winner will receive a $5,000 AUD credit towards the purchase of their dream ring from Secrets Shhh. The prize must be applied to a single ring purchase. If the chosen ring exceeds $5,000, the winner may pay the difference. Unused balances are forfeited. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred and must be redeemed within six months of notification.
  8. Winner Selection and Notification: Judging will take place within five business days after the Competition Period ends. The winner will be notified via email or phone within three business days. If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen days, Secrets Shhh reserves the right to select another eligible winner.
  9. Publicity and Content Use: By entering, participants consent to Secrets Shhh using their name, image, and submitted entry for promotional purposes without compensation. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity.
  10. Privacy: Personal information is collected solely for conducting this competition and contacting the winner. Information is handled per the Secrets Shhh Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications, which they can opt out of anytime.
  11. Verification: Secrets Shhh reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of entrants and disqualify any invalid or fraudulent entries.
  12. Liability: Nothing limits rights under Australian Consumer Law. Secrets Shhh and its agents are not liable for any loss or injury arising from participation or prize use.
  13. Changes and Cancellation: Secrets Shhh may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or amend these Terms without notice if necessary.
  14. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes will be subject to Australian courts.
