July Promotional Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions for Dream Ring Competition
1. Competition Overview This competition (“Dream Ring Competition”) is organised by Secrets Shhh (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 2. Eligibility • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older as of the competition start date. • Participation is limited to customers who book and place an order for an engagement ring with us during the competition period. • Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Secrets Shhh are not eligible to participate. • The competition is void where prohibited by law.

 3. Competition Period The competition will run from July 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. to August 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (“Competition Period”). All bookings and orders must be completed within this period to qualify for entry.

 4. How to Enter • Make a booking for an engagement ring with Secrets Shhh participating stores during the Competition Period. • Place an order for the engagement ring and tell us in 25 words or less why this is your Dream Ring for your entry to be valid. • Each participant is limited to one entry, regardless of the number of bookings or orders. • No additional purchase or payment is required to enter beyond the engagement ring order.

 5. Prize Details • The winner will receive their dream engagement ring, valued up to a maximum of $10,000AUD. • If the winner’s dream ring exceeds the prize value, they may choose to pay the difference. • The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash or other products.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification • A random draw will be conducted on September 9, 2025, to select the winner. • The draw will take place at Secrets Shhh office in Brisbane. • The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided during their booking by September 10, 2025. • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to redraw a new winner.

 7. Publicity and Consent By entering, participants consent to Secrets Shhh using their name, photos, and/or testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability • Secrets Shhh is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or lost entries, technical disturbances, or any other circumstances beyond our control that may affect entry availability or competition operation. • Except where prohibited by law, Secrets Shhh makes no warranties, express or implied, about the prize and shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the prize.

 9. Governing Law This competition is governed by the laws of the States of Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

 10. Privacy Participants’ personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.secrets-shhh.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

 11. Changes and Termination • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at our sole discretion for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances that may interfere with the competition’s integrity.
